Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit.
How to Request Store Credit
Email us at wyzatv@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved requests are issued as store credit within 14 days of delivery.
We recommend a patch test before wearing any new fragrance, especially if you have sensitive skin.
