Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are hand-poured and packed within 1-2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Free shipping on orders over $70

Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Packaging

All decants are packaged discreetly and securely to prevent leaks or breakage in transit.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at wyzatv@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll make it right. Casanova Scents is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
