Dior Homme opens with lavender, bergamot, and sage, clean and aromatic, before the heart turns unexpectedly soft, iris and cocoa layered with amber and cardamom for a powdery, almost gourmand touch. The base brings it back to earth with leather, vetiver, and patchouli. It's one of the most influential men's fragrances of the last two decades, and it still holds up.
